What information is collected
When you send an enquiry, AiWay collects the details you provide: your name, email address, organisation or school if you choose to include it, and your message.
How it is used
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, understand the support you are looking for and discuss a possible next step. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Form security and spam prevention
The contact form uses security checks to help prevent spam and misuse. These checks are provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and may process limited technical information needed to protect the form.
Keeping your information
Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage any follow-up work or meet relevant legal and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask what information AiWay holds about you, request a correction or ask for it to be deleted where appropriate. Email contact@aiway.uk with any privacy question.
